བླ་མ་དམ་པ་བསྟེན་པ་དང་།། ཡི་དམ་བསྒྲུབ་པ་ཏིང་འཛིན་སྒོམ།། འཚབ་འཚུབ་མ་བྱེད་པར།། དལ་གྱིས་བརྩོན་པ་མན་ངག་ཡིན།།

མེ་བྱ་ལོའི་ཟླ་བ་བརྒྱད་པའི་ཉེར་དགུའོ།

依止殊勝上師尊， 修持本尊修禪定， 切勿急躁而行持， 當緩精進乃竅訣。

A Pith Instruction

Rely on the noble teacher. Practice the yidam, and settle the mind in meditation. Do not hurry along the path with restless urgency. Move steadily, with patient diligence. This is the heart of the instruction.
