མན་ངགབླ་མ་དམ་པ་བསྟེན་པ་དང་།། ཡི་དམ་བསྒྲུབ་པ་ཏིང་འཛིན་སྒོམ།། འཚབ་འཚུབ་མ་བྱེད་པར།། དལ་གྱིས་བརྩོན་པ་མན་ངག་ཡིན།།མེ་བྱ་ལོའི་ཟླ་བ་བརྒྱད་པའི་ཉེར་དགུའོ།

A Pith InstructionRely on the noble teacher. Practice the yidam, and settle the mind in meditation. Do not hurry along the path with restless urgency. Move steadily, with patient diligence.
