Publication and discovery
Only L0 cultural and L1 public-dharma material marked public, published, and indexable may enter public search, the sitemap, and discovery surfaces. Every item retains its source, permission, review status, and access boundary.
Practice-support boundary
L2 practice-support material is noindex by default and does not enter public search, the sitemap, home recommendations, or Open Graph discovery. Its pages emit noindex and show an appropriate boundary notice. L3 restricted material must not enter this public content directory.
Media and downloads
Playback controls appear only when a real, permitted media source exists. Download links appear only when a real file has explicit public-download permission. Organizing, index-only, and access-request items are never presented as available resources.
